As a team we work hard, navigating a changing NHS, political and economic landscape to ensure that patients, and the people who care for them, have access to our medicines

I love working at Tillotts for many reasons.  One is the friendly and motivating working environment in which I work, where everyone’s ideas are listened to and considered, and everyone is made to feel like a valued member of the team.  I also love that I can work flexibly, so that alongside having a career I am also able to spend quality time with my daughter.

I love working for Tillotts as I have a great group of colleagues who make me feel supported, trusted and valued. I love the Tillotts Team passion and determination to be the best in everything we do.

I really like Ballroom dancing, I have danced most of my life and still find it challenging and fun.

I have a real love of Korean food as I lived in Korea for a couple of years. I absolutely hate banana which is a bit of a problem as everyone else seems to love them!

Personally, for me it’s the people that work here, people make a company what it is and the team here are passionate about what they do and they care about doing the right thing by people. Professionally, working in a company that isn’t standing still and strives for continuous growth and innovation is both rewarding and stimulating.

The thing I love most about Tillotts is that it is such collaborative environment to work in. I get to share ideas with a wide range of people on a daily basis. Being encouraged to work so closely with others has enabled me to develop completely new skills.

Besides spending time with friends, family or my wife, I love anything that involves competition, particularly football and golf.

I love being creative, working with my hands to make something pretty or tasty.  My latest craze is pottery, and crocheting! I also love working in the garden, exercise and spending time with friends.

The people. Everyone is approachable, supportive, and genuinely willing to help.

I love travelling, trying different foods, and exploring new places. I’m naturally curious, so I’m usually learning something new, whether that’s a language or a random fact that I’ll probably never need but somehow manage to remember anyway.

Instant language translation. It would make travelling much easier, help me connect with people from different cultures, and greatly reduce the chance of confidently ordering something completely different from what I thought was on the menu.
